John Love joined Wright Connatser in 2015 after law school and an early entrepreneurial career in northern California. While in California, John founded a law firm dedicated to supporting the creative endeavors of artists and entrepreneurs after graduating with honors from University of San Francisco School of Law. As co-founder and partner at Warren & Love, LLP, and in addition to developing expertise in transactional law, John helped form a legal-services and economic development non-profit in San Francisco for which he served as both a director and officer. The non-profit won a “People’s Choice” award in Google’s 2015 Impact Challenge and has since successfully served thousands of eligible low-income individuals.
Back home in Dallas and at Wright Connatser, John excels at assisting his clients pursue their creative, business, social, and community goals. Specifically, his clients include non-profits, software extraordinaires, family businesses, crowd sourcing companies, artists, and documentary filmmakers.
He was a member of the USF Law Review and a CALI Award Recipient. John graduated from Northwestern University in 2007 with academic honors, where he majored in philosophy and minored in creative writing.
John is also a music and film fan, an urban explorer, soccer player, want-to-be writer, and tries to visit the “great outdoors” whenever the opportunity presents itself. He is also a director on local non-profit boards.
